Read with the Philly Queer Book Club!

The Philly Queer Book Club is a monthly queer book club in Philadelphia celebrating those who love reading and discussing queer literature. We are hosted at PAT @ Giovanni’s Room, the longest running queer book store in the country.

Whether you simply read along at home, add our books to your “to read” list, or join us in person for one or every meeting, we’re delighted that you're now part of our queer literary community. As a club, we focus on reading and discussing (mostly contemporary) works by queer authors, centering queer lives and  experiences. This month’s discussion!

Down the Drain

by Julia Fox

This memoir is engaging, shocking, sharp, at times deeply sad, at times deeply funny, and as iconic as the author herself. From New York to small Italian villages, this memoir really has everything and I think it’s going to be a blast to discuss.

Discussion on Nov 7 at 6 p.m. at PAT @ Giovanni’s Room!
